One-hour mountain-user orientation for observatory, tour, VIS, Ranger, and other support staff.
Attendance options:
- In Person: IFA Hilo auditorium room 101, 640 N. Aohoku Pl, Hilo. (Kūkahau‘ula Building). Map.
- Remote Connection: Contact OMKM for more information or to schedule participation via remote connection. Remote connection arrangements must be coordinated at least 1 day in advance.
Participation is tracked and required of those operating under a permit (CDUP, Special Use, Commercial Operator, etc.).
